Cleaning the bath: As much as I love bathing, cleaning the tub is one of my least favorite chores. Like probably many other people, I didn't clean the bath properly every week at first. But with my handy tips I now enjoy a wonderfully clean bathtub even faster!
Start with the (tile) walls around the bathtub. Use a tile cleaner or vinegar to remove the mold on the grout. Work from top to bottom and then rinse it off with plenty of hot water.
Spray the walls with bathroom cleaner and scrub them clean. Then use the cleaner to soak the entire inside of the tub. Let this soak in for a few minutes and then wipe the bath from top to bottom. Rinse everything well with water and then dry the tub with a clean, dry cloth so that no water spots remain.
If you think the drain is clogged, pour 1/2 cup of baking soda and then 1/2 cup of vinegar down the drain. Let it sit for a few minutes and rinse with plenty of hot water. You can use cleaning vinegar for soap and dirt residues on chrome or stainless steel taps.
